We are a Colombian agro-industrial organization based in Dubai, UAE, dedicated to the production, processing, promotion, and marketing of raw materials derived from cocoa and coffee, including mass, butter, powder, and cocoa beans and differentiated green coffee. Our purpose is to transform cocoa and coffee from southern Colombia into a product with identity, sustainability, and added value, while strengthening the family farming economy and the development of producing communities..
How we do it
Athrough an associative and cooperative model, we promote sustainable practices, full traceability, and strategic alliances with local producers, guaranteeing the origin, quality, and environmental sustainability of each batch of cocoa.
What makes us different?
We are distinguished by an innovation-oriented vision, where technology, research, and development are integrated into every stage of the process, from fermentation and drying to processing and international marketing, creating differentiated products that meet the demands of the global market for fine-aroma cocoa and specialty coffee.
Our R&D department is constantly working on developing new post-harvest processes. Today, wood has been replaced by 304 stainless steel, and drying incorporates an aroma recirculation system.
